Add authentication to CLI request

Reported by: mwattier Assigned to: mwattier
Priority: normal Milestone: 0.6.2
Component: SGL - Manager Severity: patch applied
Keywords: cli,authentication Cc: demian

Description

When using CLI mode, the module's config.ini:requireAuth must be set to false. This is a tad bit of a bother. If a module has both a protected interface and a CLI script, how does one reconcile this?

Hey,

I would be interested in a solution for this as well. I have the same problem with actions being available through a web-interface which should be protected and the need to call these actions from the command line in cron jobs.

Fabio.

Hey,
